This is an Artisan Small Batch Premium Shortbread Product. We only use butter in our recipe. It is a perfectly crisp cookie that melts in your mouth that leaves you wanting more! We have 3 flavours. Classic/Traditional Scottish Shortbread, Lemon made with a lovely Italian Lemon Oil and Canadian Maple, a fan favourite. It is done in a Scottish Style, kneaded and pressed into a pan and hand-cut. Packaging is an elegant design and colour scheme and put together so it is ready to give as a gift or just to open up and enjoy yourself. Great stocking stuffer or basket stuffer. Perfect accompaniment with a cup of tea or coffee on a cool fall or winter’s day. Also pairs well with a fine Whiskey!
